Day 1: ARRIVAL - DELHI
Departure with flight to Delhi. Upon your arrival in Delhi, a representative of our office will come to welcome you and accompany you to the hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2: DELHI
After breakfast at the hotel, tour of the Old Delhi (Shahajahanabad), the Red Fort, the Jama Masjid Mosque with a thrilling ride on the rickshaw in the narrow and crowded streets of Old Delhi. Following is a visit to New Delhi with its most important monuments: the colonial government buildings in front of the India Gate, the Mausoleum of Emperor Humayun and the Qutub Minar complex. Overnight.

Day 3: DELHI - MANDAWA (265 km. about 6 hours)
After breakfast, transfer to Mandawa, an eighteenth-century fortified town, through the Shekawati area. Arrival in Mandawa and hotel accommodation. In the afternoon tour of the town famous for the ancient Haweli painted in the style of the area. Overnight at hotel.

Day 4: MANDAWA - BIKANER (190 km. about 4 hours)
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Bikaner, which rises in the great Tar desert. In the afternoon, visit to the Junagarh Fort which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and listed among the most beautiful fortresses in the world, thanks to its precious sculptural works. After the visit, transfer to the hotel and check-in. Overnight.

Day 5: BIKANER - JAISALMER (330 km. about 7 hours)
After breakfast, departure for Jaisalmer, crossing almost the entire desert of the Tar, on the western border with Pakistan. According to us, Jaisalmer represents the most exotic destination, from "one thousand and one nights", of the entire journey. Stop for a visit to Gadi Sagar Lake. Arrival and overnight at the hotel.

Day 6: JAISALMER
After breakfast, visit the fortified citadel and its palaces. Special care will be given to its numerous temples and Haveli such as Nathmal Ji Ki Haveli, Salim Singh Ki Haveli and Patwon-Ji-Ki-Haveli. In the afternoon excursion to admire the sunset on the dunes of the Thar desert on the back of a camel led by the Bedouins of the area wrapped in their fascinating cloaks. Overnight at hotel.

Day 7: JAISALMER - JODHPUR (290 km. about 6 hours)
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Jodhpur. Located south of Jaisalmer, the "Blue City" is a bizarre town of colorful, white, blue houses, whose history dates back to the mid-fifteenth century. Arrival in Jodhpur and visit the imposing and wonderful Fort Mehrangarh, overnight at the hotel.

Day 8: JODHPUR - RANAKPUR - UDAIPUR (270 km. about 7 hours)
After breakfast we leave for Udaipur, the "White City", the most romantic city of Rajasthan. Stop to visit the Jainist temples in Ranakpur, truly a masterpiece of marble inlay by the artisans of the time. Overnight in Udaipur.

Day 9: UDAIPUR
Breakfast at the hotel and tour of the "White City" with the City-Palace (still the residence of the Maharaja) and its museum, the Sahelion Ki Bari which at the time was the garden of Harem. In the afternoon boat excursion on Lake Pichola to visit the Jag Mandir temple. Overnight at hotel.

Day 10: UDAIPUR - CHITTORGARH - PUSHKAR (303 km. about 6 hours)
After breakfast, departure for Pushkar, the famous town of Rajasthan, best known for its "camel fair", held in November but also for being one of the holy cities of India. Stop for Chittorgarh visit: fortified city witness of one of the most glorious periods of Rajasthan chivalric history and of the courage of the famous "Widows of Chittorgarh". Continue to Pushkar. Arrival and overnight at the hotel.

Day 11: PUSHKAR - JAIPUR (180 km. about 3 hours)
Breakfast at the hotel and visit of the holy city that houses the only temple dedicated to the Brahma God of all India. Later, transfer to Jaipur, the "Pink City". Arrival in Jaipur, overnight at the hotel.

Day 12: JAIPUR
Breakfast at the hotel and immediately visit the Amber Fort, 11 km away from Jaipur, imposing fortress of Rajput civilization. The last stretch of climb to the fort is mounted on the back of placid elephants almost to recall the ancient deeds of the Maharaja. Inside the walls you can visit palaces and pavilions of refined beauty and the small but precious temple of the Goddess Kali. In the afternoon visit of the city, capital of Rajasthan, the "pink city", one of the most beautiful and picturesque in India. Visit to the famous and depicted in all the postcards Hawa Mahal, the palace of the winds, and the palace of the Maharaja (City Palace), largely converted into a museum and the Astronomical Observatory (Jantar Mantar). Overnight.

Day 13: JAIPUR - ABHANERI - FATEHPUR SIKRI - AGRA (235 km. about 5.5 hours)
After breakfast, departure for Agra. First stop for the visit of Abhaneri, where there is an ancient well-palace. Another stop for the tour of Fatehpur Sikri, an abandoned city built by the greatest emperor of the Moghul dynasty, Akbar. Arrival in Agra and check in at the hotel. Overnight.

Day 14: AGRA
Full day dedicated to the tour of Agra and its monuments: of the Red Fort, former imperial residence of the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan, of the Mausoleum of Etimad-ud-Daula and in the afternoon visit of the Taj Mahal, architectural pearl of the Islamic East, named first wonder of the world. Overnight at hotel.

Day 15: AGRA - ORCHA - KHAJURAHO
Breakfast at the hotel and departure by Intercity train to Orchha. Visit of the ancient city and in particular of the Jehangir Mahal, palace built in 1606, on the occasion of the visit of Emperor Jehangir, to host it, and some interesting temples. In the afternoon proceed to Khajuraho. Arrival in Khajuraho and overnight at the hotel.

Day 16: KHAJURAHO
After breakfast visit the famous temples masterpiece of Indian sacred architecture: Western ones (built in the West) Hinduists, known for their erotic depictions and Oriental ones (east) Jainists. Afternoon available for individual visits in the surroundings or relaxation. Overnight at hotel.

Day 17: KHAJURAHO - VARANASI
Breakfast at hotel. Late morning flight to Varanasi. Upon arrival visit the archaeological site of Sarnath, place of the first preaching of the Buddha and transfer to the Ghat on the Ganges to attend the Puja, evening prayer. Overnight.

Day 18: VARANASI - KATHMANDU
Wake up before dawn. Boat ride on the river Ganges to attend the purification rituals and the offerings of the pilgrims to the rising sun. Walking tour of the ancient city with a stop at the Golden Temple and the Aurangzeb Mosque. Return for breakfast. Afternoon flight to Kathmandu, arrival and hotel accommodation. Overnight.

Day 19: KATHMANDU
After breakfast, visit the city with the Stupa of Swayambhunath on a hill, the Palace Square with its temples and the house of the "little girl Goddess". In the afternoon visit to Patan, the ancient capital of the kingdom. Overnight at hotel.

Day 20: KATHMANDU
After breakfast, excursion to the medieval town of Bhadgaon, to the gigantic Bodhnath stupa and to Pashupatinath, the Varanasi of Nepal. Afternoon available for optional excursions or shopping. Overnight.

Day 21: KATHMANDU - DELHI - DEPARTURE
Morning available for relaxation or individual excursions. In the late evening transfer to the airport and flight to Delhi, arrival and transfer to the international airport. Night flight back home.
